Refund cut off day will be September 10th 2023. Refunds will not include taxes and are subject to a 10% service fee.
Ticket transfers are allowed up September 17th 2023. Please Contact us with name of ticket purchaser and whom will receive the ticket. (Both name and emails are required for both parties)

+Warhammer 40,000 Current Chapter Approved GT Rules and Missions
2000 Point list Per Games Workshop 10th edition list building.
Army list must have pre-game options (Warlord and Enhancements Noted) chosen with list submissions and keep the same list options thought the tournament.
+All GW rules dropped as of October 15th 2023 are permitted.
List submissions are due October 16th 2023 at midnight CST. Yellow card and -20 points will be deducted from your first round for late submission or list changes.
Models in the Army must be WYSIWYG and a 3-color standard to play. Any conversion can be approved using the Contact page to submit questions.
Judges have the right to remove any model that does not meet the above criteria and it will not be allowed for the rest of the 40K Champ Tournament.
+Please have your army, dice, tape measure, and codex/rules that you need for your army. Everything but your army can be picked up for purchase that day if you forget.
If ask you must provide rules for each unit in your army from a GW related source.
No dice app is permitted at the event. Please make sure all dice is rolled so that your opponent can see the rolls.
Any judge ruling is final and no arguments are permitted. The judge has the right to disqualify anyone on bad behavior or poor conduct. The player will be ask to leave the venue with no refund.
+Rounds will 2hrs 45min in length with an hour for lunch after the first round.
There will be round announcements based on what round you should during game play.
There will be a 5 min final warning and no new round shall begin once this announcement has been made.
Scores will be input based on which round if finished at time. No talking rounds out once time is done.
If you would like you can bring a chess clock for your rounds played. ITC Clock rules are in effect when a chess clock is used.
+All Terrain shall be pre-set for the mission and a guide provided with keywords for each set piece.
For any questions about terrain please call a judge before the match begins. This keeps from having poor play and take backs half way through a game.

> Round 1: 10:00 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.
> Lunch: 12:45 p.m. - 1:45 p.m.
> Round 2: 1:45 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
> Round 3: 4:45 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Day 2 - Sunday (Oct 22nd, 2023)
> Round 4: 9:00 a.m. - 11:45 a.m.
> Lunch: 11:45 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.
> Round 5: 12:45 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
> Round 6: 3:45 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
> Announcements & Awards: 6:45 p.m. - 7:15 p.m.
